Great place, fast and yummy food, and kind staff!

Came here for lunch/dinner and their sub and cheesesteak was delicious! It blows subway out of the water! Plus the girl who took our order had awesome customer service skills! This will be our new go to sub/cheesesteak joint!

I worked at this location when it was first open. Under different ownership. (Not saying it was better ownership) I worked here as a manager. I came in today after not being here for a few years and I'm kinda disappointed with the efficiency of the employees. And the quality of the food. Its not terribly bad but I know from experience it can be so much better.

Fast and the bread is perfectly toasted!

Subway is better than this place. My wife's salad consists of lettuce and tomatoes

Great service, delicious food

Love fire house and the hot sauce/ salsa selection. I cannot remember a time I was disappointed in the food, always good. I am thankful that they have actual avocados and avocado slices rather than some mashed "guac" like most sandwich places. This location is usually busy but the staff seems to do a good job keeping up with orders. Could use a good cleaning inside the restaurant area.

The staff is great here just as other locations. If you have been to other Firehouse subs, this is pretty much the same. I called in my order and they had it ready to go when I arrived. Yes, they welcome everyone that comes in.

I'm really disappointed. Got a sandwich only to go today and had to say disappointed in the quality. On top of that for a Large was over $11 and change. No drink, chips any extras YES over $11. This is way too expensive for a bread, cheese, and meat sandwich. Very disappointed since I think of it as a healthier option but now will have to find something new.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I was in just yesterday (10.22.2018).Plenty of chips. All beverage choices seemed to be working on the fountain machine. Place wasn't dirty at all. Meatball sub was fresh and tasty. Beef Brisket/Pastrami sub (i think they call it New Yorker or something) was amazing and had plenty of meat on it.It took a few minutes to make and I waited maybe, 10 minutes total? Not a problem at all though as the quality was there.

The only reason I gave three stars is because the sandwiches are delicious. Service wise, there was a lot missing the staff seems to get frustrated, some of the staff was loud to the point of giving off an unwelcoming experience. You can tell be the look on the staff's faces that most of them don't want to be there. While I was waiting on my food appeared possible regional management stopped by and the first thing he did was turn the lights on in the place and it instantly made the place feel a little warmer and friendlier. I was greeted as I walked in and the staff was friendly it could just be possibly that I was their at a bad time for the staff. I do recommend at least trying this place can't say I've ever had a bad sandwich at any firehouse.

Meatball subs have been consistently great.

They were out of veggies for the philly cheesesteak, how does that happen ?

Only eaten here twice. Both times, subs were really good. Ate the bacon chicken ranch, and the spicy cajun chicken.

Waited an extra 30 mins after i got there from placing a online order. I can understand them being busy and it taking a few more minutes but 30? Then they were out of everything to drink with the fountains. To top it off after getting back to work I open my sandwich and its not even correct. If they are going to take a half an hour longer I would have liked my order to at least be correct.

This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs at any location, but it certainly will NOT be my last!Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by Hector, who it turns out knows his stuff. He led me through the process... Not complicated.There is no extra charge for optional items.There are probably 30 different bottles of hot sauce you can add to your food. I chose a raspberry jalapeño for one half, and a honey-mango mustard for the other.It was reasonably priced. And so very delicious. I'm a picky person, yet I can't imagine a better experience. Maybe if Beto O'Rourke & Willie Nelson had been there?Well done, Hector, and to the creators of Firehouse Subs.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, the subs are handcrafted and so tasty with the sweetness of the bread and the crack of the crust ive never had a better sandwich go here and try it for yourself. P.s it smells like Thanksgiving when you walk in

Primarily a Hispanic grocery store. The employees and most customers all spoke Spanish. Very disappointing for a store in central Texas

I thought a small size sandwich would be as pictured, smaller in length, but apparently it means small in length AND amount of meat. It was mainly two pieces of meat and some sauce. Nothing like the picture as advertised. When I asked "where's the beef?", the response was "Well, you ordered a small , right?". I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did agree to add more beef. After that it looked more like a $5.40 sandwich.

They are so slow no motivation to move with some purposes. manager on duty isn't on the line while customers are waiting for food. Both sandwiches were soggy when I got home. I live 5 min away. Paying 11 somthing for a soggy sandwich is a no!! Adding we found hair in the sandwich when we bit into... I like there food so much back home but this location is ridiculous!!!

Best Philly cheesesteaks in the area

I'm a veteran and I appreciate the 10% discount. The staff is always personable to me and anyone that I see that comes into the establishment. I usually order the Hero on white fully involved and it always comes out very tasty. I add Cholula sauce and black pepper and then it's out of this world.:-)

First of all tried calling order in google number posted is disconnected. Arrive order to go and they won't take a $100 bill, but will take a $50, all I had was a hundred, my order totaled $48.63 my change would have been approx 51 $ and some change....ridiculous...will not be back. Great new management

Best sub sandwiches and the staff are always personable.

Each location is decorated a little different. That's cool for a franchise. I usually get the medium Italian which is big enough for a hungry man to eat and will fill me up. The service has always been great. The restaurant is always clean. I do think that the sandwich could use a tad more meat, but I'm just being picky. It's a great sandwich.

Honestly my friend always talks bad about Firehouse, but we tried it for the first time and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. So my friend is wrong and this place is great.

Nice Clean Resturant, Menu east to read with wide variety of Great Sandwitches, My Favorate is the Large sized HOOK & LADDER and Add Grilled Mushrooms and yellow mustard on Wheat Bun I recommend this Sandwitch and Firehouse Subs.

At first tired Firehouse subs in San Antonio and love them. I am so glad we have a location in Kyle. I love that it was started by Fireman and they donate to fireman. Plus they have delicious subs.

Customer service is out of this world. Friendly, fast, and good sandwich. Glad they're in Kyle.

Pleasantly surprised at the good service and quality. We loved the italian sub and the cheesesteak. The employees were working extra hard to take care of the customers. Easy five stars and will definitely be back.
